Refund Policy

Introduction

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases and subscriptions made for the SoftLog platform and associated services (the “Services”). By accessing or purchasing Services from SoftLog, you accept this policy as part of your contractual relationship with SEVEN LOGISTIC LLC (“SoftLog”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This policy is to be read in conjunction with the SoftLog Terms and Conditions and SoftLog Privacy Policy.

General Principles

  • Fees for Services are generally non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • Subscriptions and implementation fees are billed and governed as per your Order Form and the Terms and Conditions.
  • Unless otherwise required by law, SoftLog will consider refund requests only as outlined in this policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

Prepaid Subscriptions

Renewals: If a subscription is renewed and you notify us in writing of your intent to cancel within five (5) business days after the renewal date, and you have not accessed the Services after renewal, you may request a full refund of the renewal fee.

Initial Purchases: Initial subscription or service purchases are non-refundable, except as required by local law or expressly stated herein.

Implementation & Professional Services

Fees for implementation, configuration, support, and professional services are non-refundable unless the service has not commenced and cancellation is requested within 5 business days from payment.

Evaluations and Trials

Evaluation and trial accounts are provided free of charge and may be suspended or terminated at any time. No fees paid in connection with optional add-ons during trials are refundable.

Early Termination

If you terminate your contract before the end of the agreed subscription term, early termination fees will apply as per the Terms:

  • Initial Term: 100% of remaining fees are due; no refund will be granted for prepaid amounts.
  • Renewal Term: 50% of remaining fees are due; no refund will be granted for prepaid amounts.

Refunds will not be granted for lack of use, dissatisfaction unrelated to a verified service failure, or failure to cancel on time.

Service Failures

Suppose SoftLog fails to deliver the Services with reasonable skill and care and is unable to rectify a material issue within thirty (30) days of written notice from you. In that case, you may be entitled to a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees for undelivered Services from the date the issue was reported.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact SoftLog Support at [email protected] or submit a request through your customer account.
  • Provide your account details, order reference, and reason for your request.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within the specific timeframes outlined in this Refund Policy.

We aim to respond to refund requests within seven (7) business days. Additional time may be required for complex cases or high volumes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Please allow up to 15 business days after approval for funds to be returned, subject to your payment provider’s processing times.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Fees owed for early termination, as outlined in your contract;
  • Amounts paid for services that have already been delivered or performed;
  • Evaluation/trial fees (where charged) or add-on purchases during trials;
  • Taxes, unless legally required.

Fraud and Abuse

Upon termination or refund, your account and any associated Customer Data will be handled in accordance with the SoftLog Terms and the SoftLog Privacy Policy, including defined retention and deletion periods.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If there are significant changes, we will notify you by email or via in-product messaging.
